Although I have no real prospect of ever being a mode,l I can always pretend. Walking down any hallway, aisle, or sidewalk can be a runway.
I walked down the pool hallway as if there were a million eyes on me. It felt good and empowering. If you can talk the talk then your walk better be fantastic. Now that you’ve got the outfit, you need the attitude to match it.
Tall (well in my case lets use our imagination) and proud I walked with my head held high and with a smile on my face. I probably looked a tad ridiculous but that made it all the more fun.
What I realized from my epiphany was that a confident, beautiful woman shouldn’t hide and pretend she’s invisible. Everyone needs to be able to see that gorgeous face and 1,000 watt smile. How else will people know how radiant you are?
Prove to everyone and, most importantly, to yourself that you’re confident and can accomplish anything. No one will be the wiser.
I have two theories: one is that people who look down and conceal themselves have the most to show the world and two that people who flaunt it have a secret to tell.
This secret contains everything sad or depressing that might be bringing them down. But it is this very secret that compels them to move forward. This gives them the edge they need to go out and rock their style and prove all those naysayers wrong.
Now for all you shy rock stars, I know you’re hiding something. Don’t conceal yourself you have much more to offer the world than you think. For whatever its worth I believe in you. I’ve been there a time or two (shocking I know) but its a great feeling to flaunt everything you have.
Make do with what you have and rock it out. This is your time to be a princess or diva and experiment.Dont waste this precious time being scared, I promise the end result makes the journey worth it.
So, ladies and gentlemen move aside because here comes “America’s Next Top Model” and she has a fierce walk and powerful confidence that will rock your senses.
